HOW LONG DOES THE SIGNALVAULT LAST?
The SignalVault will protect your information for three (3) years from the purchase date.
DOES THE SIGNALVAULT REQUIRE BATTERIES?
No. The SignalVault uses our patent pending E-Field Technology to make your cards invisible to hackers without batteries or charging.
DOES THE SIGNALVAULT HAVE A WARRANTY?
Yes. The SignalVault comes with a three (3) year warranty.
WHAT IS THE 100% PROTECTION GUARANTEE?
If your information is stolen by Crowd Hacking or Electronic Pickpocketing after installing the SignalVault, we'll refund your purchase. Our 100% Protection Guarantee covers you for the enture life of the SignalVault (3 years from purchase date).
HOW MANY SIGNALVAULTS DO I NEED IN MY WALLET?
Each SignalVault comes with two (2) protection cards. If you carry a typical bi-fold wallet, tri-fold wallet or money clip, you only need to install one of the SignalVault cards in your wallet to protect all of your cards.
For typical women's wallets, including those with accordion and waterfall style card holders, we suggest installing both SignalVault cards.
The SignalVault contains installation instructions inside the packaging.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE SIGNALVAULT WITH MY LOGO/INFORMATION?
Yes. We are able to customize the SignalVault with your logo, information, picture, mission statement, etc. to use as a high-tech business card, promotional item or fundraiser.
SECURECAM X1 FAQ's
DOES THE SECURECAM X1 WORK ON APPLE & ANDROID DEVICES?
Yes. Search for "SecureCam" in the Apple Store and on Google Play to create your account, setup cameras, view cameras and more!
DO I NEED TO PAY A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WITH THE X1?
No! We don't think you should have to pay for a monthly subscription to view your camera's video or recordings. Simply install a MicroSD card up to 64gb and set your camera to record all the time or just when motion is detected. You can view the recorded video from anywhere with the SecureCam app.
IS THE CAMERA HARD TO SETUP?
Not at all! Typical setup takes less than 30 seconds for each camera and the X1 along with the SecureCam app give you voice instructions to assist with getting your camera up and running quickly.
CAN ANYONE VIEW MY CAMERA(S)?
No. Once you have setup your SecureCam, you can allow other users to view your camera within the app settings. If you want an employee, family member or friend to be able to view your SecureCam, they only need to create a SecureCam account using the app and give you their username.
